The Garden Roof Bar was born on top of the Altis Grand Hotel. A refreshing and relaxed space in the middle of a busy city.
The Altis group chose Street Shaker to lead the creation of this bar project. We developed an integrated bar consultancy service, where we defined the bar menu according to the characteristics that distinguish the Altis Grand Hotel. We provided intense training for the bartenders team, introducing the essential tools to prepare cocktails that will stand out at the Garden Roof Bar.
