We are proud to be chosen by Meraki Riyadh to provide our consulting and training services with the aim of improving their results and raising the quality of service.
Through our consulting sessions, we developed a new bar menu, teaching different types of techniques and essential knowledge to create drinks that stand out, always with a focus on sustainability, using the ingredients in a creative way, avoiding waste.
However, our focus in this consultancy was the intensive staff training and their progress throughout the sessions. Through this intensive staff training, we practiced different customer service techniques and we encouraged teamwork to improve their communication and performance at an operational level.
After our intervention, the results are visible. We contributed to elevate the experience of Meraki customers, improving teamwork as well as the quality of products and service provided, generating a very positive return.
