With an incredible view and an amazing menu, after the intervention of Street Shaker, Rossio Gastrobar became even more inviting.
We believe this was one of our biggest projects! We developed the whole bar concept, we hired staff, provided training to the bar and restaurant teams, defined SOP and KPI and supported the selection of the best suppliers.
The result was incredible! Nowadays, Rossio Gastrobar offers an excellent bar service, with a personalized cocktail menu and a team strictly prepared to exceed customers’ expectations.
